This Special Event will take place on Friday, August 22nd at 8:30 PM, and will consist of a plated dinner, followed by a Paranormal Investigation of the Ritz Theater.

Tickets for this event are $130.00, per person, plus ticket fees, and will include: dinner and the paranormal investigation. The NOIR Bar will be open for your convenience.
Dinner will be served prior to the paranormal investigation and will be plated. 

Each Ticket Must Choose One (1) from each (one first course, one entree and one dessert per ticket): 

1. Noir Caesar Salad - Romaine Blend, Traditional Caesar dressing with anchovy and egg,

shaved pecorino blend, rye crouton and grilled lemon.

2. Small Flesh and Farm - a Gabagoulish assortment of Chef curated meats and cheeses.

Accompanied by fresh grapes, strawberries, crostini and dried fruits and whole grain mustard.

3. Black Alligator Arancini - Carnaroli rice risotto with cuttlefish ink, alligator tenderloin, white wine,

pecorino blend and trinity. Breaded and fried, served over house marinara diavolo.

Entree:

1. Peppercorn Rosemary Roasted Chicken - Citrus Brined, Fresh rosemary and peppercorn blend

crusted Airline breast and dark meat. Roasted Red potatoes and crispy garlic green beans,

finished with a Brandy Cream sauce and rosemary smoke and grilled citrus.

2. The Butcher - 6 oz Flank Steak, grilled and garlic butter basted, Twice Baked Potato, Korean

BBQ mushrooms and onions, flash fried broccoli, garlic confit bulb, grilled lime.

3. Mushroom and Goat Cheese Ravioli Coffins - Mushroom Duxelle, Lemon Herb Goat cheese

mousse, Brown Butter, Roasted Mushrooms and Hazlenuts, fresh Sage, and garlic chips.

Dessert: 

1. Warm Brown Butter Heath Bar Cookie Sundae a la Mode, vanilla ice cream, Whipped cream,

chocolate drizzle, toasted hazelnuts, luxardo cherry.

2. Creme Brûlée Cheesecake, Fresh and Brûléed fruit, whipped cream, black spider biscuit.

3. Mango Margarita Sorbetto n/a -Mango Sorbetto, tajin, fresh mango, candied lime peel.

*The event will begin PROMPTLY at 8:00 pm. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior for check-in.*

The minimum age for this event is 18 years of age.

**This is an indoor walking tour that will require the use of stairs and walking throughout the building. Please ensure that proper foot and clothing attire are worn- You are encouraged, for your safety, to NOT wear the Following Shoes: Sandals, High Heels, Open Toed Shoes or Flip Flop type sandals.**
